Do we offer climate control?

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless requested otherwise.
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you must complete the necessary paperwork and then you can move in any time, day or night. Customers must get a code from the office during office hours and then they can move in at any time.
When can I move in?
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.
Is insurance required?
Insurance is NOT required, but we recommended it. We offer insurance in our office for a monthly fee.
Yes, we have complimentary carts and dollies available upon request.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
You can pay in person, mail cash/check, or make a payment through our mobile payment system. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your debit or credit card monthly. Call for more info
How do I make a payment?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Automatic Debit.
Tires, hazardous materials, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, and firearms. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Are there any items that I’m NOT able to store?
Yes, we do! We have storage supplies available for purchase in the main office at our North Pioneer location.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Some units require a special lock that we will provide. We do not keep any keys to your lock. If your unit does not require a special lock, you will need your own. We have a limited supply available for purchase at our North Pioneer location.
Do I need a lock?
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a unit?
We require a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Does there have to be someone in the office
to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you to access your unit 7 days a week, even on holidays! 24 Hour access is available upon request.
